Perky Blenders are taking us back.... way back. Going back to the "land of the thousand hills" with the new harvest from Buf Coffee, and what a harvest this one is.

We’re showcasing 100 percent washed Red Bourbon produce, produced at the Nyarusiza washing station - located in the southern part of Rwanda standing at a whopping 1743 metres above sea level.

Nyarusiza is one of the three stations that's owned and operated by the dynamic business woman Epiphanie Mukashyaka.

Buf Café was founded in 2003 by a young Epiphanie, a dynamic businesswoman and a source of inspiration to countless other female entrepreneurs in Rwanda’s coffee sector and beyond. The name of their company, Buf, is derived from 'Bufundu', the former name of the region.

Buf is now managed by Epiphanie and her son, Samuel Muhirwa, who is taking an increasingly active role in running and expanding the business.

This coffee, which we named after Epiphanie herself, is very sweet, delicate and juicy. A coffee that we hope will bring a festive spring feeling in your cups!
